I come across this snap whenever i take a late bus back home from office...i had been trying hard to get this snap from a moving bus but could not get one as the bus was always moving very fast...
At last i managed to get his one yesterday...
i dont know why but i always thought that this hoarding was sending out a message...
what could that message be???
